"The city has style." 🙄 This woman listens to her 12-year-old kid and risks both their lives for THAT? 😲 That child saw his mother's battered body and her terror and wasn't fazed by it at all! Just prided himself on his ability to cope with the danger, "play the game". The father should get custody of their son unless she moves immediately!
