while i don’t own a desire driver, this did help me revive my long dead original omnitrix. it’s been finicky for years, but now works flawlessly

I have lost all my drain sells. I was going to make a jock and make it sound like it didn’t work and then say I got jyamato in my house know I got my fixed driver, and know I’m ready …….. FIGHT!! But I didn’t want to make it sound bad. All I will say there needs to be a better way to get the center clip off because it’s bent but no one is going to really notice. This is a 10/10 thank you, and I wish there was a Kamen Rider after a few fight he has to constantly fix his driver because there will be errors when he henshin. The only thing I think your should clarify is the spring on the gray release switch because idk if anyone saw it. Thanks you, you amazing guru of electronics now I’m off to crush some jyamato. Sadly mine started to act up again after a few days, I've tried this method several times. Also everyone should be careful with the metal plates, they can get bent and loose. And be EXTRA careful with the springs, if they fall out it'll be hard to attach them back.

Sorry if this is a bit random but do you think this would work for faulty switches on other DX Henshin belts? My Buggle Driver Zwei’s rear switches (the ones that connect it to the grip/buckle) have been acting up and when I took it apart to investigate I noticed the switches it uses look near identical to the ones on the Desire Driver, they may even be the same part so I wonder if I'm having the same problem

I don't have the exact same toy, so I can't say for certain, but it might! These switches have a reputation for getting dirty, so cleaning them might fix the issue.

Bro, my desire driver when i put the buckles sometimes it can be normal. But when i put it again it won't read the buckles. Is the trick will work on that situation? I tried every buckles i have and they have same situation like sometimes it lights up and sound normal and sometimes it won't lights and no sounds. Pls tell me this trick can work on my driver :(

think this works for the double gashats too? i got issues with all 3 i own, both duel gashats and the Genm Musou Gashat, mostly with the genm one its like there is no contact when inserting it into the driver , or opening it

so i got mine fixed, also the issue i had with the bugle driver II , all i did was getting a bit WD40 into the switches , and now all items work like a charm

So what's the main cause of the drivers not working properly, is it due to the buckles being inserted in and out of the desire driver thus causing wear and tear to the driver or is something else the issue, I’m curious manly because I’m about to get my own desire driver and so I just would like to know so I could avoid having any issues with my own driver

Just tried this and completely ruined my Desire Driver. Turns out that the silver bits are extremely fragile and stupidly difficult to take off.

I do notice that whenever I switch my desire driver on, it takes a second or 2 for the confirmation sound that it's now on to play. Any ideas why that happens, and does anyone else in the comments experience this too?
