You are right tho, it is originally a "Fremdwort" (foreign word) as we call it. And "entführt" is the closest actual translation, that is correct.

Like it can be a dumpster fire of a hell site (every socmed rn is screwed anyway) but in general tumblr is probably one of the socmeds that use algorithm the least. This means you only encounter what you want. You literally have to curate your own timeline. They added a feature for a "for you" experience on the timeline and everybody decided to turn it off. Unless you follow someone that shares what you would consider as toxic garbage, those types of content have no way of getting to you
