His main language outside of English is Albanian. Albanian has it's own branch like in the language tree. Alphabet is Latin based but it's a very old language. It's not SLAVIC or Turkish or Italian or Greek. So that's two languages he definitely speaks without them being " same as" anything else. English & Albanian. He probably speaks a Croatian/slavic language plus Italian or Spanish. Etc.
