I myself am part of the 300+ "Club". When I hit 360, I knew I had to switch it up. Funny thing was I watch an Action Bronson video of his weight loss and if he can, I can too. Been a month so far and down to 333. Not dramatic, but I'm getting there.

Action Bronson is an inspiration. I started listening to his music in 2012, sophomore year of high school. Back then I was big at 215 but I started wrestling and lost some weight. Eventually wrestled at 170. Broke my ankle on my 17th birthday and it was all downhill from there. 7 years later I was at 278 and decided it was time to make a change. That was last year February 2020. I was disciplined for a month and lost 10 pounds, until Covid hit. I pretty much took quarantine as an excuse to give up, completely my fault. I've now ballooned up to 315. Seeing what Bronson did with his quarantine is a true inspiration. I tried getting back into some light workouts yesterday, and apparently they weren't light enough because I can't move my arms. It's going to be a long road but it must be done.

His voice literally makes him millions. You don't recognize how big of a deal cadence and tone and delivery are until you get into music production and musicianship. It's everything. it's almost strange when you see former fat actors still around, for example John Goodman would be dead if he didn't lose that weight. No doubt about it.

I know he’s 100% real but i always feel like Action is in character to an extent when watching him on tv and whatnot. It’s refreshing seeing him having an open ended conversation and not just serving up 1 liners.

I used to say about Action.... When he finds the pursuit of health, he's going to be good at that too. Glad we're going to have him for longer. Cool dude.

Can we just take a second to recognize how cool Action Bronson's speaking style is? So laid back. So chill.

Losing fat and building muscle is a lot easier than people think. All this cutting and bullking is for the birds.

@Perko Sherry no it’s called doing the right exercises and eating relatively healthy. You can lose fat lifting weights. You can have a cardio workout with weights too.

Was 380 after the pandemic. Stepped on a scale and realized I needed to change my life. Picked the hardest job I could think of in this Arizona heat and started may 15th. (A gym isn't really a possibility for me so I figured a hard working job could do the trick.) so far down 30 pounds in 2 months. Trust me when I say I could've lost more but when I go too ham on the diet the cramps are vicious. But this video inspired me☝🏽☝🏽☝🏽☝🏽☝🏽☝🏽

What kind of life are you living? You could have educated yourself instead of waiting for years on a conversation about aliens. Are you serious? There are no aliens (only in your head.)

The fact that he's still going hard on the weights, hanging with big Boi from lift cartel and chito Vera is super dope. 👌
