Action Bronson is an inspiration. I started listening to his music in 2012, sophomore year of high school. Back then I was big at 215 but I started wrestling and lost some weight. Eventually wrestled at 170. Broke my ankle on my 17th birthday and it was all downhill from there. 7 years later I was at 278 and decided it was time to make a change. That was last year February 2020. I was disciplined for a month and lost 10 pounds, until Covid hit. I pretty much took quarantine as an excuse to give up, completely my fault. I've now ballooned up to 315. Seeing what Bronson did with his quarantine is a true inspiration. I tried getting back into some light workouts yesterday, and apparently they weren't light enough because I can't move my arms. It's going to be a long road but it must be done.

Was 380 after the pandemic. Stepped on a scale and realized I needed to change my life. Picked the hardest job I could think of in this Arizona heat and started may 15th. (A gym isn't really a possibility for me so I figured a hard working job could do the trick.) so far down 30 pounds in 2 months.
