For those who don't know, Fergus Henderson's approach of embracing offal and organ meat is considered to have had a significant global influence on modern fine dining, and he really is regarded as a legend. He also has Parkinson's, which is why he doesn't talk too much in this video. I only mention this because it underscores what an absolute champion of a person he is, for both his contributions to the culinary world and for his ability to live unflinchingly in the face of serious illness. And it highlights what a serious honor it was for him to come out to meet everyone and participate in this video!

If you think Londons nice you should go to Bath near Bristol. It’s beautiful and a lot less busy. Then keep heading south and go to Cornwall. Beautiful country side

London is a magical city to explore. When I first visited England in the 1970s, the country was not well known for its food. Today there are much better food choices. However the prices can be rather high depending on where you eat.

You can thank the after effects of rationing for that. London isnt yhe best though, if you want good food at reasonable prices then village pubs are your best bet. Plenty of traditional english dishes in those, cant beat a proper stew or pie
