While I agree SHF announcing MHA right now is pretty late, I think it is also a smart move for them start NOW rather than later, because while Revoltech is currently focusing on making other characters like Mirko and Toga.. their Deku, Bakugo and Todoroki are not really up to date anymore in terms of costume designs, and Tamashii nations has the opportunity right now to release them in their Season 7 looks, and honestly that got me HYPED, of course revoltech will still be superior in terms of articulation and accessories... but with SHF coming in right now, means we don't have to wait too long before getting Deku in his new Zeta suit! Because who knows when Revoltech will make a 2.0 of Deku, they haven't even made Vigilante Deku yet, so in my opinion, there is no better time for SHF to jump into MHA than now. After revoltech Shigaraki releases, we'd already be having Zeta Deku up for pre order, this is a win win! 👌

That is definitely My Hero Academia! I can’t wait to see the 3.0 bodies of Deku and Bakugo. That Vegeta is fantastic looking, can’t wait!

My Hero Academia doesn’t really need to be airing in order to sell figures imo, it’s an anime that has been tested through time, so established that it doesn’t need to be airing in order to get hype because it has a strong core fan base. I would say MHA and Demon Slayer are both the biggest shonen anime title next to Naruto, DBZ, One Piece and Bleach. That’s also the reason why both MHA and Demon Slayer have a successful action figure lines that are still being continued and still going strong all throughout these years (Buzzmod, Revoltech). I think it is wise for Tamashii Nation to start doing lines for these anime as it could potentially be their next “Naruto line”. I have a feeling that their next big line will be Jojo’s Bizzare Adventure. They seem to be targeting anime titles with successful action figure lines/huge collector followings.

Accessibility and pricing will probably be the biggest draw for the MHA line. I guarantee these will show up in retail stores and will definitely be at a lower price point than revoltech. If the aesthetic is of the same quality as the Naruto line and the articulation is functional, I can see this being a success. That being said, it could end up like the one piece line except with better alternatives in the revoltechs.

Sh figuarts will be able to easily catch up to revlotech along with having a larger availability pool. So its perfect if you ask me. Revlotech Bakugo isn't even available and is 200+ resale and the average figure price is 100+ so sh figuarts is definitely going to sell more easily.

I get what you’re saying about an shf MHA line being a bit late as the line potentially not being finished is concerning but personally I don’t like many of the MHA revoltech figures so so I’m excited to see shf Deku & Bakugo. The revoltech often look off face sculpt wise and in general I don’t like revoltech bodies like how the joints & gaps look. Figma wasn’t much better face sculpt wise, from what I’ve seen wasn’t super popular, and the lines dead so it’s no competition. As you say the anime has a few years left and plenty of people don’t like mixing lines so if you get one of the shf MHA you’ll probably collect more even if another version exists by say revoltech so I could see them selling well enough even if it’s a bit late. I’m hoping for an og Shigaraki with his hand mask. 🤞🏻Also, they just started a Yu Yu Hakusho line whose anime & manga has been over for years so let’s not count something out just because it isn’t current. I’m hoping it’ll do well and I’m still hoping for a Hunter x Hunter line which while the manga technically isn’t dead it’s close to it.

I agree with the MHA line take give us characters that Revoltech hasnt done, obviously the main/popular characters are going to overlap, but there's 1-A characters like Tsuyu, Iida, Fumikage and Momo that havent received anything figure wise . Theres also some villians that could do like Stain or Chisaki they could besides the main 3, maybe give a good All for One figure

I really hope that somewhere In the future shf makes Loser ranger/Ranger Reject figures. It’s one of my favorite new gen anime and I know shf has made figures for newer anime like Hells paradise and undead unluck. I know that shf has experience making super sentai and power rangers type figures so it wouldn’t be too hard to make I’d imagine, it’s probably mainly getting the OK to produce them and if it’s even worth making them. I’m not really sure how big Ranger Reject is compared to other newer anime. From what I can tell it seems like they reveal that they’re making the figure line after the anime ends. Like how they released the hells paradise and undead unluck figure images a month or two after their animes first season ended (I think at least, I might be wrong on the timeline). Ranger reject has one more episodes before it’s season ends so hopefully In the following months after shf releases some kinda news that’s they’re making the line

Ordered Shadow as soon as I saw him. Sure November is starting to pile up with all the companies I buy from but I don't own any Shadows. As fed up as I am with P-Bandai I'm going to have to get Vegeta. Now as for the S.H. Figuarts MHA line sure it's coming in late bit I'm still excited.

Now that we have seen deku on there insta page. And it being the season 7 appearance it makes me hopeful that will get all s7 mha appearances for the beginning of this line. Turret/winter Bakugo. Phosphor Todoroki. ‼️SPOILERS‼️ rewinded AFO??? Maybe even charred dabi and finger armor Shigaraki. Limillion and Star n strip would also slap.

I don't know about that Vegeta. I did order the 24k power level Vegeta which has that great shouting expression. This Vegeta seems quite bland in comparison. Shouldn't he come with a cocky smile? When he asked Krillin to injure him badly so he can get the Zenkai boost, and he thought he can beat Frieza.

I’m not excited at all about SHF doing My Hero Academia. I’d rather see more Jujitsu, Hell’s Paradise, Kaiju No 8, etc. I don’t know how deep they’re going to go with Kaiju No 8, but I’m hoping we at least get Soshiro Hoshina before SHF decides they’re done.
