Us lions fan went threw this for years too. I feel for you guys. Sorry we gave you guys the worst loss in history. I'm so happy Detroit finally got it together after all these suffering years. The whole rebuild here was so worth the wait. Let's go lions!

This was destined to happen, #1 team in the league imo rn vs the #1 worst team. Now for context, the Lions put up 52 points also against the Titans and Goff had less than 100 yards. They even put up 42 against the Seahawks. Lions are peaking this year while the Jags have sunk like the Titanic. Just remember, the team that destroyed Jax today has been just as bad if not worse (mainly because theyve been around forever) prior to this GM and HC regime. It can be turned around but the GM and HC combo MUST be correct. It starts NOW! If Baalke survives this, its gonna be awhile for a turnaround.

Being a long suffering lions fan, unless it’s Dallas or Green Bay I don’t like seeing teams struggle like this- but the truth is ownership is key- lions are on their 3rd (family) owner 1 dad 2 son 3 daughter (and genius)

I'm a Lions fan and from Michigan although I do feel bad for them losing so bad it sucks I know but I do understand it as we have suffered for decades not years DECADES it's just our time to shine The one thing I will say is you can't just replace one piece of the puzzle with a perfect one and expect the puzzle to fit I mean yeah you hired a super bowl coach I think correct me if I'm wrong.... But if that's all you do you can't expect to win you have to build from the ground up just like I did when you have a team thats that bad. What they should do is take the off-season to rebuild they probably will get the first overall pick they need to just do like the Lions did start rebuilding you got to be smart about it. And if the lions are smart they won't get rid of any of their coaches.

Me too, I was born Lions but moved to Florida spent most time in Tampa so became a Bucs fan but also spent some time in Jax, loved the fan base. They are very good fans (Tampa fans suck, it's such a big transplant city theres very few good fans in Tampa, which is why I enjoyed the fanbase in Jax), know theor football and actually really do support their players and their team. Having only 1 pro team means the city and the fans would blow up if they had a winning program but watching the Lions, Jax needs to try and follow the Det Blueprint 1. Right GM and HC combo, 2. Great drafting and team building 3. Build through the trenches

Can the franchise name be changed from the Jaguars to the Jacksonville Jokers? Lots of $ to be made in merchandising. And it's a more accurate name. This franchise has been the joke of the NFL this entire 21st Century, save for 2017. And even then Jax was the joke when Myles Jack wasn't down. Jimmy Johnson was right, outside of Jacksonville and a smattering of folks in London, noooobody cares about the Jaguars.
