@@davidearle7209you can have the sauces. But if you over do it then that becomes excessive. Very important to weigh what you put in your body and track macros for a bit so you can get an idea of what you are putting in your body.

Yeah I learned this a few years back. I see food as nourishment and not recreation .. I eat 3-4 smaller high protein meals a day and feel so much better than I used to. I look better too. More people need to recognize this - America has an obesity epidemic

I have over 2.5 years clean from heroin and coke. Having contact with the God of my understanding and working out/eating healthier is my next big challenge. Seeing Action B. Put in the work and show himself struggling to millions of people gives me the strength to try the same. I'm getting a gym membership to the YMCA and gonna cut down on munchies when I smoke

So much respect for Joe. He put on an amazing display of hard work, kindness, and friendship. Him interacting with the chef was incredibly genuine and I’m sure a career highlight for a pit master. Also, Joe is completely right in the beginning. It’s hard to get on the path, but once your on it’s easy to lock in. I’m down 20lbs from thanksgiving thanks to clean eating and exercise. This video found me are the right time.

I love Rogan's attitude: he is tough but sweet and also super positive: I agree with his all food idea except from saying looking good is more important than eating whatever you want: I think food gives you joy like nothing else: ideally you eat good flour pasta or pizza: you wont be shredded but you still enjoy life.

Joe has to remember that Bronson is not on steroids like Joe is. Bronson smokes weed while Joe is "Hormone Replacement Therapy" 😂. It's not just the food Joe

Pretty sure Joe smokes weed too. So the only difference here is that action isn’t on testosterone (which is just restoring your natural levels) and that’s why he’s huge? It’s the food. Or based on your logic he should be able to eat what he wants and do steroids and get skinny😂 thx doc
