It's same height to Mafex X-Force wolverine and Marvel Legends wolverine which makes this bootleg so good.

I have both the original Mafex and the bootleg. As for any major differences, the first would be the joints. The joints in the KO has metal pins that are visible. While on the original they're invisible. The bootleg has more mobility in the mid section while the original is notoriously stiff and easy to mess up. The shoulder mobility on the KO is a bit harder to work with, but if you're patient and gentle it's no problem. The paint job is about a 6-7/10 (10 being exactly like the original) with some differences in shading and minor paint blemish's. The brown on the original is darker than the bootleg but not by much. Other than that for $20 you really can't go wrong with this bootleg. If you take some time to gently pose it you can get it to look really great among any other figures. I put the KO and Original side by side for the last 24 hours and they've looked perfect next to each other. While the KO is a bit shorter, it doesn't stick out at all among the others. It really is a win for $20!

Got mine in the mail yesterday absolutely echo everything you said here it’s amazing. Looking at how many are selling on Ali.. tens of thousands I do worry that CT is going to fly too close for the sun with this one. Mafex messed up not doing a reissue..

After I got mines, I put it in boiling hot water for a minute, took it out and then pop the joints off, put oil on them and put it back together and I swear to god, it moves like butter.

@@friendlypiranha9334i got the spiders from CT. Despite the size, articulation and paint are pretty decent for a 20$ figure, I can ensure that’s better than any Marvel Legends that costs 25~30 these days. Give it a try, in the worst case you can sell or use the heads in other figures

And for the price you just cannot beat this figure. The articulation is smooth and has a large range of motion and the paint is extremely decent as is the sculpt. Awesome review man! Good review. Having just opened mine, I'm very pleased. The left forearm is loose and he feels lighter than what I thought he should, maybe an inferior plastic is being used. Having said that, I do not have the original to actually compare it to. 👍

Got mines today and yeah, it's pretty good. Some minor imperfections like the head is a little loose and sometimes pops off while articulating but I think I can fix that. I had to use a e-xacto knife to trim a little around the neck collar to give it more range. It's definitely worth the price. I see Aliexpress has the X-men yellow/blue version right now for $18, gonna pick that up next.

Just got mine yesterday. Absolutely love it! The leg and neck joints were tight so be sure to put some dish soap or some shock oil in there before you push it too hard. Paint apps are near perfect. VERY happy with it.

The knee/elbow issue is a nothing burger. That’s pretty much every Marvel Legend. FFS Giant Man has different color elbows and knees and he’s a 200 dollar Haslab. CT nails the height on this one lol, my OG Tiger Stripe Wolvie imho is a bit too tall.

At this point I officially suggest to stop calling these KO\bootlegs and instead call them Lower quality replicas. I've been watching different reviews to spot possible QC issues, so far nothing big or even serious Expected to hight to be smaller but that's even better! I've noticed skintone shading as if Wolverine has some liver problems:)) But all of that is just minor gripes not harming overall look of the figure. Def gonna buy this version, for sure for sure!

I bought 2 of them from 2 different sellers and got them both yesterday. Opened one and I love him so far. All the complaining that Mafex is leaving money on the table confuses me, because they do infact do reissues all the time. But also becuase Mafex is TOO BUSY making NEW figures and putting them out. They dont have time to keep remaking the same figures when they need the factories to make new Products....

I find it odd that this Wolverine’s unmasked headsculpt is screaming. I find it odd because I feel it should’ve been a screaming MASKED head. I say that because of that iconic “The Incredible Hulk” comic cover where Logan is wearing this suit, wearing the mask, and screaming. But you might wonder “What expression would the unmasked headsculpt have?” You can give that one the smirking face, and possibly even give him an extra hand and modify the smile so we could recreate that other iconic cover where Logan has his mask off, is wearing the brown suit, has his claws out on his right hand, and is beckoning whoever he’s looking at to try and take him with his left. I know these aren’t things you could do with the original MAFEX version, but that doesn’t really disprove my point. The figure is undeniably awesome either way, but it is a missed opportunity to let collectors recreate those iconic covers. Great vid, have a great day. 🙂

Seeing this figure come out as well as it did my hope is that if they're doing the other wolverines. They can do some more corrections on them. My hope is that they give the tiger stripe wolverine the actual black stripes instead of the blue ones. I hope they can do the x force one as well in the same size of this one. Because if so it's the best of both worlds it's a size smaller which fits better with marvel legends. Along with it being very very close to the original. I'm hoping maybe they can do some original figures. Of there own like maybe do a modified version. Of the ps4 s.h figuarts spiderman to be close inside with marvel legends but better proportioned and closer in size. To a regular marvel legends or a regular or a real mafex. I would love to see them do both version of the ps4 and ps5 suits. From the first and second game and then the modified them. To also give us the final suit of the PS4 game in the end battle with doc ock. To give us the advanced suit and venom suit and maybe all of the other suit. From the ps4 and ps5 game maybe do a 2.0 of the tobey spiderman in the proper height and scale. Along with a proper redo of venom suit tobey spiderman or andrew garfield spider man. Maybe if they start making their own original figures. They can do a andrew garfield Spider-Man from amazing spider-man 1.

Nope, I have the tiger stripes Wolverine and the color's completely different than the bootleg's. They just have missmatched colors because they painted yellow over black over the head and flesh color of the body.

@@sebastienringuette5515 This is actually better than the official version's. The official is more yellow and closer to tigerstripe. There's more orange shading on the KO's head and body, but less shading on the legs, so that's why you are seeing the color difference.

I talked about it before. I saw on their X account someone asking that question and they were surprised to hear it. I remember the same rumor going around for SW Black Series KOs on Aliexpress. Then someone on YT tested the plastic and the tests showed that the plastic is safe.
