That one is available for retail. The point of this figure is that the og isn’t available anymore so it makes sense to provide an alternative. Just buying bootlegs because you find it acceptable when the original is available and the actual sculptors and artists are being ripped off is questionable.

Yeah @BB-ed40om i understand what you're coming from but be fr there's already numbers and numbers of third party companies doing quite literally the same thing as CT toys and with multiple different lines like Marvel, DC etc. Mafex is not losing anything from these third party releases, especially with the fan base surrounding Medicom as it is I highly doubt that these types of figures are going to cause anybody who is buying Mafex to stop buying Mafex

I got him literally 2 days ago and it's the best CT bootleg so far. I had an issue with his hips but heating them up fixed it. Cannot wait for their revoltech Spidey 2.0 bootleg, they're killing it.

Hey bro, so i gotta say im happy for you to finally get this fig. Its a great figure. But.....what i did is make the ultimate ct toys mafex tiger atriped wolverine 😅. I switched the arms off the maf versuon over to the ct toys because i like the akin tine better and the maf has thicker arms. What i did was seperate the biceps from shoulders then wiggle the shoulders off the disc, leaving it pegged in because the pegs are slightly different from each fig. Do this to both figures then switch maf shoulders to ct disc. Then use maf biceps but ct forearms and peg to those shoulders. Or u can just use the entire maf arm. U can switch shoulder pads as well if u like but might need to heat up. Also, i cut down those rediculous claws and glued them while making them spread out a little bit instead of leaving them so straight. I also painted stripes black and took coupling out of the unmasked head and incerted it into my favorite marvel legends logan head for use as well. Ultimately this became my favorite wolverine figure and i have a shit ton of wolverines 😂 ....i think this the longest message ive ever typed in comments 😂😂😂😂😂

Both great releases by CT Toys! Can't wait to see what they come up next (pls do the rest of the X-Men or the Hush Batman!). My Tiger Stripe Wolvie unfortunately came with a reverse right shoulder pad but it's not really noticeable 😅

I’m a fan from the comic. So I grew up with the brown suit. However, they went for the tiger stripe suit because they wanted the nostalgia from the older fans from even earlier than my generation… the yellow is his original suit from his first appearance in the Hulk.

It looks so much better than the maf version. That’s going in the custom fodder bin when my ct one gets here in a couple of days. The shoulder pads on the maf I got broke within two mins of getting it out of the box. I also had both legs break on my venom from them so I just decided to get the original venom when it’s rereleased this year along with carnage.

My CT Wolverine finally arrived and it’s a broken MAF that was clearly already opened and returned. It looks like the return process is going to be a lengthy hassle. I’d recommend avoiding Red Nose Store as a seller.

Im hoping CT Toys expands to creating new repaints and variants. Tiger stripe with black stripes and the curved claws is a combo Ive seen expressed a lot. I want a red repaint of Agent Venom for an "Agent Carnage" I almost hate to call these bootlegs or KO because of the quality. Im inclined to call them proxies at this point especially with the unqiue recolors.

I have 2 of them lol. And the MAF version. One of my CT versions has a knee joint that won’t budge. But it is still great… and what a difference comparing the MAF with the CT version…. Would love to have the actual MAFEX but this will be a decent substitute for now.

unfortunately with my copy of the figure the right shoulder pad joint broke off, glue fixed it but its stuck in the same position, i also had problems with the trunks/belt when posing the upper and lower torso joints the plastic of the trunks was very soft and got caught on the body and the belt also wouldnt sit properly but other than that the figure is amazing

The plastic isn’t as good. I broke the elbow joint that goes through the bicep 5 minutes after I opened it 😂 luckily I have the original so I can use some spare parts 🤷🏻‍♂️

Good figure but mine came with a unfixable broken shoulder pad beg 😞 returning it. It’s a crap shoot with these KOs I have 6 and 4 were perfect 2 not. Good review

Mine came with a broken shoulder pad peg, luckily I'm good at fixing things lol drilled out the shoulder pad glued in a new ball peg, sanded the lot down and a fresh coat of metallic blue paint ( or 3) now he looks like he has the shoulder pads of the official fig...maybe better

anybody else have issues with the arm popping off , my ankle also popped off lol. all the brown suits i own though came in fine but the 1 tiger stripe i got , came in defected, all good though , just curious if anyone else had issues 😂

Mine came broken out the box and funly toy store won’t give me a refund, they’re just trying to weasel out of it. Really disappointing. The shading on the head also had an unpainted bit, so he had a bright yellow circle in the middle of the orange shading.

It’s a copy of the mafex - using inferior quality pieces that easily break. If it’s better, show us where the original sculpting is, or which pieces are better quality than the original, wise one.
