Hello, we would recommend wearing the ReadyWrap Liner that comes with each piece underneath the ReadyWrap garment to protect the skin and help with retention of wound dressings. The liner contains no additional compression.

@LohmannRauscherUK Hi, I have seen your shoes, but I need steel toe cap work shoes to work in. With my foot being swollen as well as the calf, I already need a shoe horn to get my shoes on. My health care provider has not helped me with advice on this, when I asked them, but say i still need the foot wrap on. I have had to go without the foot wrap they gave me to be able to work. Should I forget the foot wrap altogether or how many sizes bigger in UK size shoes should I buy to fit the wrap in. I'm normally a size 8. Though I don't really have the money to spare to buy new shoes.
