Cliff Notes: -Once you enable the director (and save), you no longer do programming through the usb connector on the DSP unit, you do it through the usb connector on the Director. -Each preset MUST have Director enabled in the DCM menu if you want them to be recognized and work properly with the Director. Joey- Thanks for the video. We didn't get to see how you actually LOAD presets in. For example, say I have a competition tune on preset 1, a street tune on preset 2 and a bass tune on preset 3 like you show in the video. Say I no longer use the bass tune and want to replace it with another tune file (we'll call it competition tune 2) stored on the laptop. How is that process done? Do you need to activate preset 3 on the director first, and then connect? Will it then show preset 3 as the number in the top window for the preset and can we then just choose to load whatever file into that slot? Also, is there any way to DELETE a preset from the dsp and director? For example, let's say I have 10 different presets programmed and I only use 4 of them. How would I remove the other 6 so they no longer appear as an option on the Director's screen under "Sound Setups"?

so sorry i didnt see this im unsure what happened. So its really quite simple if you have a different tune you want on preset 2 you just click on save and store, preset 2 and save. if you have a tune already on your laptop in a folder, you need to enter the software, press load, save and store, preset 2 or 3 etc... save and then it is in your processor. you can delete the preset on the director by clicking on the file name up top just like you were renaming the file. if yo click on the file name, preset #3 or 4 or 5 etc an option will come up to delete the preset in the director. you will only get that option if it is a director preset. #3-22. once again sorry for the delay. give me a call if in the future i dont respond within a couple days 770-888-8200

How do I connect urc to subwoofer? I checked the subwoofer box, but it doesn't do anything when I rotate the knob.

Subwoofer outputs I believe have to be in channels 7,8 in order to use the URC. Usually it’s the last to rca outputs from the Helix
