I literally broke down crying because I felt so much peace. I’ve gone through a lot of trauma last year and I swear to the bottom of my whole heart ♥️ you have been helping me tremendously find peace. And a quiet mind no thoughts just focused in the now. I want to let you and everybody know I have been meditating a lot and just today I meditated before watching this video and I felt such a high experience of peacefulness bliss and it made me cry like it was releasing some of my sadness out of me. I don't know if you have made a video in the past about this, but would you maybe consider making a video using the skull as a proxy with the intention of headache relief? I don't know how to thank you for this. I was able to do 3 really important soul retrievals while listening to this. One is still on the fence and I get it, but that's the closest I've ever gotten to her.
