My inner infant is so happy you posted this I am going through healing Cptsd and I’ve been really isolated because of it, cut ties with my family and toxic relationships and so I feel as though I’m starting over. It’s been difficult processing that emotional neglect has been a huge aspect in my life. Although the relationships were unhealthy I miss the intimacy that was there.
