I recently got AA mid pipe but went with the Single. The Equal Length to me sounds tinny and raspy while the regular one has much deeper sound especially at low rpms. It does sound better paired with MPE.

100% man! I love the single for the deep throaty tone, but I like how the EQL gets rid of like 90% rasp which is perfect for me 👍. MPE does make a lot of setups sound good tho 💯

No codes ! Only time you’ll throw a code is when you change your downpipes & sometimes intakes. Midpipe and rear sections you’re good 👍🏽

Yes, first time you need to measure and cut the factory muffler rear section, pretty simple, tons of videos on here showing you how! Diffuser is from horizon motorsports! Or hit up @slowf80 on Instagram

I would probably opt for resonated EQL midpipe and put your muffler back on if you want no rasp. It’s not going to be as loud as your current str8 pipe haha, but it will sound smooth af! Hard to sacrifice sound tho… I’m in the same boat 🤣

Yeah man, it has to be. Although I got turbo spool with my stock downpipes, I feel like those would be more restricted than these ARM ones lol. I want to hear my car from behind tho and see if I hear it. I’ll test this week and report back 💪🏽

Definitely is lighter than the stock midpipe, not sure exactly though. Yes, I absolutely noticed a small difference on the butt dyno when I got mine installed 🤣. Nothing crazy but very small difference. It says how much hp exactly on their website ! & nice man you’ll love it!

I have the single midpipe now from active (vrsf is a copy) and love it! I think if you’re catless, single midpipe is the way to go. Louder and more aggressive!

I mean there’s that solution if you are looking for a smoother sound but going to lose that unique “flaring/gurgle sound( if you own a F8x you know what i mean) or you could just delete the secondary cats while keeping the unique sound and save literally 1200 plus eliminating the rasp!
