The F80 M3 is one of my favorite cars of all time, the first car I ever bought and built was a F30 and I did an M3 conversion for the exterior, never got around to major engine upgrades but it was a beautiful car. I will own one of these before I die

They are right about the exhaust being a great first mod. I bought a new GR86 recently and its so darn quiet stock. Put a Tomei titanium dual exhaust on it and it sounds amazing now.

The ‘spring’ in the exhaust actuator is actually to reduce heat transfer from the exhaust valve to the motor itself. 👍

1st mod for me used to be intake and exhaust but, as I aged the 1st mod became tires, brakes, and suspension. Once you up the power you gotta do it eventually anyways so you might as well do the safety things first!

I think that you should have the boys try to guess what car are they going to be doing next based on what parts they will be installing. Unless theres some real brand-specific stuff or body kits/bumpers, it could be pretty cool to watch

The crankhub is not a common problem. It’s more of a topic that has been thrown out of proportion within the F8X community. Only time you should start considering a CB upgrade is when you increase power numbers.

Old school got no money back in the day cheapest mod, chop the springs...roll some sheet steel or 4" pipe, cut the tail pipe off weld it..or use bolts to position it on a bit of the original pipe left on....use black tape to make bad boy headlight brows ......tint the rear lights with a light scuff, one coat of matt black and 10w brighter bulbs...window blinds....find something to make a chin spoiler....debadge.. ..

as long as you keep the engine stock you're good. b58/s58 is safer it's what came in the MKV supra. Unless you get the cheap 4 cyl which is b48 and both have stock power restrictions due to rods.

I love seeing these builds, always makes me happy seeing huge transformations. I have a 96 EK and ive been through heck and back trying to get it to run. I finally did it and now I plan on b20z/vtec swapping. I love seeing builds come together and I really do have plans for the EK. Champ white paint, read disc conversion, willwood brakes, si body kit, etc. I plan on watching these videos more and more as time goes on and I hope these builds get better and better!!
