I can't believe how relaxing these PNF routines are. Everyone's been selling me yoga all this time, this is what actually gives me that relaxed and calm feeling I kept being promised!! Would love more ☺️

Great routine! Stretching is so important and as a personal trainer, I thoroughly recommend more and more stretching. This is particularly important once people get over 40 and into their 50's(the age group that I specialise in).

So I'm 34 weeks along in this pregnancy, and I've been having hip and back pain. This stretch was a godsend! And, I kid you not, it relieved some tightness in my sciatica as well. Everything is connected? I don't know. Maybe it's all mental, but this gave me some needed total body relief. Thank you, Daniel.

Yes the back and through the neck are connected like a rubber band, as my chiropractor explained to me. I'm so glad this could help! People underestimate the importance of stretching!

TLDR: This is a really excellent workout that I'm happy you posted. Even after only one time my shoulders and upper back already feel better. I will be doing it again! First time doing this workout. it's been on the list for ages, but I always avoided it because I don't have very good upper body activation and it makes me sad lol. BUT WE ARE FINALLY HERE! YAY! I just finished the first half and I must say, just doing those felt incredible. The combo of strength and release is intoxicating. The balance I feel in the shoulders is such a relief after so much pain from imbalances. It was really eye opening in some spots. Seeing where I'm strong and where I'm not. I have a LONG FRIGGIN WAY to go to get to your range of motion on that last rotator cuff exercise. I can currently barely get past parallel. No pain or anything, just... won't go - very eye opening. Mixture of activation and tightness methinks... Could be why I've never been able to do a full push-up no matter how much I practice and modify. Something during the late part of the down phase always and the very beginning of the up phase is just... absent for lack of a better word, maybe doing these exercises will be the key!

Great content, as always. Have you considered adding a list of the exercises in each video within the description? Perhaps less important for a stretch workout, but in ones that require weights or equipment, it might help us get everything ready before beginning.

I just found this video, and it helped SO MUCH. I was able to engage muscles I have a really hard time engaging. I’m hyper mobile so it’s hard for me to know when I’m stretching too far or not using the right muscles. But this was almost instant relief in some areas, I’m going to see if you have more of these on your channel :]. Thank you!!!

I've gotten so much more flexible in *record* amounts of time by learning to properly engage muscles while lengthening. In ONE session I went from touching my toes (in a moderate straddle) to almost pancaking (nose to floor)!! After that I applied engagement to all my stretches, and PNFing certainly helps further. I couldn't believe the difference - some people (like me) actually have to "learn" how to be flexible!
