Congratulations on the excellent video! I really enjoyed the content. I have a question regarding customer orders in emails. I'm trying to include the customer's order number and add a button with the checkout URL for abandoned cart emails. However, I'm not sure which tags to use for these fields in the Deep Data integration. Could you guide me on how to set this up?

Hey Rafael, Mmm if you are using the deep data integration, you only need to create an abandoned cart email using the abandoned cart block, on the email editor. Really thorough video! Out of curiosity does this allow the syncing of address from the Shopify customer to AC and does it need to be mapped in some way?

Hey! Actually no. If you have correctly set up the integration, once someone makes a purchase, all the information will be traveling to AC directly. You don't need to do anything else 🙂. Let know us if we can help you with anything else → [e-mail]

How about data from AC flowing into Shopify? If we’re doing lead gen using AC forms, will new contacts be synced with Shopify as well? If so, can I choose which segment I want to be passed into Shopify? I don’t want garbage data from my AC forms in my Shopify :)

Hey Nemanja, Unfortunately, the integration only works to send information from Shopify to ActiveCampaign. If you want to send information from AC to your e-commerce, probably you will need to set up a zap, using Zapier. Feel free to reach out to us if you want help on this → [e-mail]

After I integrated activeC with my shopify store, tagging my customers on shopify didn’t update the data on Active, do you know why is that?
