Long story short, hope you survive, and hope the system cares more about you than itself. One reason people insist that you use the proper channels is because they have control of the proper channels and they're confident it won't work.

You can beat the wrap , but can you beat the ride? There's also, not mentioned here, that this is the perfect application for mace. It ends the assault, might not get you shot, and is easier to defend in court.

Just because a cop should go to prison, doesn’t mean he will go to prison. This year a video of a Rusk Co., TX sheriff deputy murdering a man was released, after his trial. The jury didn’t convict him. I was sure from seeing the video the cop started by violating rights and when the guy tried to flee was shot dead that the cop committed murder. The jury officially concluded different. Another cop not held responsible for his crime.
@ASPextra13 күн бұрын
Did you see all the evidence that the jury saw? Did you watch the trial?
@1anthonybrowning13 күн бұрын
@@ASPextra I saw the video from the dash cam. I live one county over. It was all over the local news. His Terry search wasn’t for weapons like it should be (IIRC). I remember him doing a deep search of his person. That’s a 4th amendment violation. The victim resisted, it went to ground, the victim popped up and ran, the deputy shot him in the back as he was fleeing. Victim wasn’t a threat to anyone as I saw it. If the cop had not been all about violating his constitutional rights, things might have been different. I think the cop overreacted though and shot the man because he thought he could, nit because he needed to. That’s how I saw it anyway. I’ll concede to you, John, that people can see that case both ways. I think you did a video a while back on it and came to a different conclusion than I did.
