Volition directs attention. Attention brings awareness. You dont need a smart watch: ignore it. Its not a summoning device unless you consent. If you do have to consent, Im sorry for you and ignore that one.. doesnt apply to you. Also I disagree about the "head on a swivel" comment. Mine is. I dont trust the public. If you see me, I probably saw you. Nothing weird about it. In fact its fun. Turn your next trip to the grocery into a human recon. In time it becomes a habit. Learned that from ASP so thanks.
