I grew up calling them either chickpeas or garbanzo beans but I learned some people call them Cici (pronounced Chee Chee) beans. Don’t know where this was…… St Louis? Somewhere else? I’ve lived in 4 states.

I love the idea for this box, but I wish they had a gentle edition for people with bad joints or just beginners, lol, because my bad knees just wouldn't allow for many of those exercises. Or maybe they could just include regressions/substitutions. I doubt I'm the only one who would find that sort of info very valuable. My favorite item in this box was the pair of pants, they looked cute. I agree about the pink color on the wheel. Obviously color doesn't make a difference to anyone's ability to use it, but that's precisely why it's a bad choice. It WILL show grime stains, which I would hate, and it doesn't make sense for a subscription box that's meant to appeal to different people. Leave the weird colors for people who are going out to buy themselves a piece to match the rest of their equipment. 🤷🏾‍♀️

I think there are modifications or alternate exercises provided for a lot of the challenges. Once you know the muscles that are getting worked, you can usually find something online, but I'll bet she offers ideas in the FB group. Your yoga teacher friend here is big on modifications and I'd be happy to help out on that front if you ever wanted to give it a try. 😉

@@mauinoel That's good to know! I'll take you up on that offer if I ever get the box and want to try some of the challenges, which I might. I think it'd be a great way to get excited about getting fit for a couple of months. I also like to check off a challenge tracker 😏
