Super action from Acton Bridge Steve and some very impressive night filming included. Very enjoyable footage. Cheers - Allan.

Thanks for watching Allan, it's getting that bit lighter in the morning now & with temperatures above zero and minimal rain forecast I thought why not :) Cheers, Steve.

Thanks a lot Bill, the rain showers had me pondering what to do early on but I stuck it out & this time luck went my way. Cheers, Steve.

It looks a bit wet Steve and you was early seeing the sleeper, I was going there on Friday night for the 37s but went to Hartford instead because of the wind and trains not stopping to often at AB. But A great collection of working you have done again. Cheers Mike
@steve71p11 жыл бұрын
Thanks Mike, yes I planned an early start as its busy & wanted to get the sleeper too. I got the email of your video at Hartford and gonna watch it soon, nice to see you venturing up this way... it's a shame the stoppers at ACB are so limited, same action at Hartford though & I don't go there often enough. Cheers, Steve.

Thanks Steve, it's always great to get a good haul of 70's and I was hoping to get there early enough to get the sleeper. Cheers mate, Steve.

Fantastic start to the ACB year Steve! Five class 70s is quite an amazing haul for a single session and four AC electrics as well! Your vid just confirms what a great place this is take vids and the editing and production are first class, well done mate! Cheers from Ken

Thanks a lot Ken, probably the best thing about ACB is the variety. I still don't think we'll see three tugs in one evening again... you'll have to bring us that luck back again soon ;)

Great sound from 3;58, You can really hear that coming from a long way. Is 92002 on loan to DRS, then?
@steve71p11 жыл бұрын
Yes 92002 is on loan, not sure of the full story but the working is still timed for a 92 and they are now hiring them in rather than double heading a 66.

Good video, only one position to film from? Suffer from insomnia? lol
@steve71p11 жыл бұрын
From experience, that's the best early morning position for a number of reasons... best use of station lighting, position of rising sun, and avoiding the early morning stoppers & potential bowlage etc. Insomnia no, just the dedication to get my arse out of bed & capture the early morning action with the majority of this video passing through between 5am-7am. Thanks for watching mate, Steve.
