I remember Imperioli being in a lot of different movies playing some guy who was part of the movie and had enough lines that I remembered him. He worked very hard to get to where he got to. Yes, he was in a number of other movies before he got Goodfellas and then played in many more smaller roles in other features until he got the Sopranos. SO in a way he was this hidden gem among movies, but he made it and his work is memorable1

@mperry13295 жыл бұрын
Really? Because I guess that I wanted to watch it and hope that the movie had gritty dialogue like the Sopranios-ish type of feature.But if you say so it most likely is because you're here because of the Sopranos and Goodfella movies that I like too and most of the cast didn't do very after the Sopranos. their careers should have taken off with better script writing by other projects. But I believe you for some reason because I was following each of the actors and their new projects and they weren't very good. Now I mean the projects weren't very good not the actors. The actors are great and it was the best damn show out there, meaning the Sopranos. I guess nothing else at this time will hold a candle next to that show. And now there isn't very much for these actors because the shows today are silly and goofy without much depth.

As BRILLIANT and ESSENTIAL as Michael Imperioli was as AN ACTOR on 'The Sopranos', he ALSO WROTE entire EPISODES from as early as Season 2... ('From Where To Eternity', 'The Telltale Moozadell' (3), 'Christopher' (4), 'Everybody Hurts' (4), and 'Marco Polo' (5). ) A modest and almost unassuming man in person, his talents as an actor/writer are STUNNING... xx SF
