As a caregiver to both parents I felt abandoned by my siblings. Until I read in a caregiver pamphlet that your siblings completely trust you when they don't interfere In your judgement calls which they did they always referred to me in decision making for our parents well-being. ❤

Hey how often can you do tapping in a day ,, and can you do different ones within a day eg an anxiety one and a sleep one

You can tap as often as you need to and yes, you can tap on different topics in a day. The most important thing is to remember to listen to your body and take breaks when needed and remember to stay well-hydrated. :)
