I've had an OCD for 30 years since I quit my first job which I regret ever taking because of the stress I had. My scale of stress before tapping with Nick was 10+ but now it's down to 3!!

Really giving this a try this, understanding that it's a tool with science behind it. However, I'd ask Bob Proctor, if my dog is in pain does that mean he's violating God's law; does he need to work on his wrong thinking? I think that sweeping generalization can be dangerous and discouraging for some.

WOW! Finally some enthusiasm about Mental Health! The mind body connection 👍🏻 A lot of sick people out there who could use some advice. (for lack of a better word) Made a connection with your sister Jessica, her story impressed me.

I just finished this meditation and feel better than I have in years after feeling so low just minutes before. I had success with tapping before but have gotten away from it. I now have the app and I will never stop tapping. Thank you just Isn't enough.

What I wonder is- If you need to address more than one thing, how is that addressed? How often do you do this and or what type of routine works best to get the most out of this.

That's a great question! We recommend working on one thing at a time and keeping a journal so you can write down what comes up as you tap so you can go back and do some more. If you want to send an email to [email protected], our team has a lot of great resources to help with this question. :)

I've been doing tapping for over 15 years but haven't been able to reduce my tinnitus noise level with tapping. I love tapping though. Tapping HAS reduced my awareness of tinnitus though just because I don't react to it as often as I once did before tapping. I wish I could give you that breakthrough story about it clearing my tinnitus completely but that has yet to happen. However, it has broken through in other places with anxiety, cyclical thinking, sleep and pain management.

Thank you Nick for giving such an easy and effective techniques. I am a psychologist and I was looking for some techniques for my clients with PTSD where they don’t have to live those moments again and find quick relief. EFT works like magic with them. I tried it on myself to get clarify on some of my issue. Now I know exactly what I want. There's no confusion, no regret, no fear of losing out on anything. This state of mind is so beautiful. Thank you 😊😊

Neurophysiological tapping is very helpful also for kids. Before exams, operations or anybody who is stressed or feeling desperate. ==> Easy one: just tap your breastbone for courage! Like gorillas do. When you experiance a traumatic or stressful event: tap both your eyebrows with dominant fingertips (hand you write with) and top of head with the other fingertips of passive hand. 🧡💙💛 happiness and inner peace to all🙏💫
