I am proud of this dedication for WSU. It is a bold step so far from Hollywood. WSU again is big on the map, but how did this happen? Vision, powerful and generous people, excellence staff, and others who laid the ground work. What does The Center for Motion Pictures need, writers, directors, many helping hands, and Actors, great actors. 46 years ago at WSU began another bold step far from Broadway, The WSU Theater off Campus in a rented Church. Then came the current building on Campus, for Theatre and Dance, and now Motion Pictures. One of the Visionaries at that time was, Abe J.
