Bless you for your sincerity and being present... Every performer (even non actors!) should follow yr simple tips… ... Especially those poor souls doing the audition grind…. May you be blessed with thousands more youtube views (so that we may be blessed with thousands more better performances!)

Best advice! You go to an audition for fun, not for a job, although you should treat the audition like a paid job. Better things happen when you’re in a relaxed state and don’t exude a desperate vibe.

Just back from a hard working morning - two lovely meetings down. Definitely remembered to play, be in the moment and to be present with those I was with. Had a great time and now I’m tired and off to walk the dog and chill out ❤️ Love your prep talks and advice x

Being interested than interesting.pay attention hearing wt other character is saying not just abt ur emotions lines Playground analogy no anxiety desperate in audition..treat audition lyk play ground put out ur skills not proving somethng Don't give a performance give a transformance it takes vulnerability to be best

Not sure I follow. If you didn’t want context for the tips, you can easily scrub to around the 40sec point, where I mention Mark Fincannon, the CD who I got the tips from. If the first 40sec offended you, I apologize.

Brooke and Matt - thank you so much for the lifetime SCIP follow up sessions including the one mentioned here with special guest Mark Fincannon. Mark's simple yet so massively profound advice sparked an explosion of insight and inspiration in my mind, body, and spirit. And not just for acting, but as practical and directly applicable life advice in general. Just doesn't get much better than that...although knowing you two I have a feeling even more wonderfulness is just around the bend. Your kindness and knowledge, along with your generous willingness to share them unselfishly with all of us is deeply appreciated.
