It is her audition, she has every right to reprimand then. These types of girls would come out tomorrow to say men in the industry harras them, and they'll add Ngozi Ezeonu. Enough, anyone that doesn't like what did, should conduct their own audition and let the girls come in their birthday suit.

Is very nice that madam Ngozi addressed this issue because it's like a trend now, I'm a girl and I understand that Bras could be uncomfortable for most people, but nowadays is as if all the young girls doesn't want to wear bra anymore, okay fine if it makes you feel uncomfortable shey you know that there is something called a bra top you could option for that, instead of carrying breast and nipple and be distracting people all around and you'll be drawing the wrong attention to your side, this is not funny at all, there are even talking about bra I'm very sure that they didn't wear pants inside their tights , well let me know go far if not this my talk for long well well. Make una try get sense and self respect i rest my case

She could have made a comment on how everyone needs to be dressed on a set without publicly shaming the two ladies. Yes, they are dressed inappropriately but that was not needed. The industry itself promoted this type of dressing based on the roles actors play. May be if we go back to the decency we saw back then in Nollywood, no person will boldly come dressed like trash to an audition. Parents teach your children ooo.

Well I would say I don’t even understand that outfit when looking for work. I see why they did it because the back is open and they don’t want the bra straps. But some people are so small a bra is really useless. In this case they should’ve worn a bra and different clothes to look for work. This isn’t just a casual day and visit.

The way this situation was handled is disappointing. It's one thing to have expectations for an audition, but it's another to embarrass and shame someone publicly. She could have simply dismissed them with a 'thank you' and moved on. If she wanted to make it a teaching moment, a kind, constructive conversation would have been much more effective. It's not what you say, but how you say it. This comes off as judgmental and unloving, especially when young women are trying to navigate an industry that already has its challenges. And imagine if someone said to her, 'Why are you wearing a wig? It's giving self-hate, wear your natural hair.' That wouldn't be kind either, right? We should all strive to be more understanding and less critical of others.
