Are you kidding me? Trisha is 41 while Simran is 48 and Trisha is full time actress and one of the leading. So of cos she would have to take care of her face. And also plastic surgery (probably) and heavy makeup. Simran on the other hand is out of order field (some movies supporting role) so there may be little reason for her to "take care". Anyway she looks okay for her age. Very beautiful. Unless if she's still acting in her prime till now, she may have done something to delay her ageing on her face.
