The camera doesn’t do it justice 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉😂😂😂😂. Man that place is rough! The only time those filters were clean was when they were installed!!!!😮😮😮😮. The installers were probably the lowest bidders. I’d say they’ll have to replace pretty much everything!!!! Buuuuuut they probably won’t and will ask for a quick fix just to get them through this “next” summer!!!! But hey if they’ll be paying all the best to you!!!!! Go make that money!!!!!!💪💪💪💪💪💪

This is definitely the sort of place where they will want to patch it up. Would cost them bucket loads to get this place up to scratch. I get the feeling I’ll just be patching up breakdowns let right and centre. As long as they pay, I’ll do what they say 😂😂😂

G’day Mitch, what’s the most common reason why the internal circuit breaker trips!?? Other than ceiling filters… cheers thanks legend!

In cases like this where I find main power off, I first check compressor and fan motors for short circuit and phase resistance. Also check contactors for damaged contacts. Disconnect compressor power and same with fans , only then do I turn on power. Items can then be added back into circuit on at a time Unit seems short of ref. Suction line would ice up because of lack of airflow

I agree, the pressures definitely indicate a shortage of refrigerant. I’m going to correct the airflow issues of both the indoor and outdoor coils first and then re check the pressures with proper airflow. I’ll make another video to compare the pressures for learning purposes. Then I’ll make a decision on what needs to happen regarding refrigerant. Thanks for the tips mate.

Quick tip - If condenser fan is "freewheeling" it normally turns in opposite direction to running fan
