Thank u for today’s powerful teaching, the closing chapter of Acts. God honored Paul’s desire of preaching the gospel in Rome as his will was aligned with God’s will. We must always seek n desire God’s will in our life. Paul’s only goal was that the truth of the gospel should reach everyone in all places. He was ready to face n overcome all obstacles for this cause. Paul’s qualities of humility & contentment in every situation are qualities to be emulated by all servants of God. When we face difficulties in our life we must understand that God has a purpose in all that we face & He will make sure that His purposes are fulfilled. Paul due to his hard work n extreme dedication to the gospel was able to establish many churches in a brief period of time. People loved Paul so much that they walked many miles to meet him. Paul didn’t waste any time, even while in prison, he preached the gospel to the guards n prisoners n whomever he met. Hence the gospel reached even the palace in Rome. Paul made use of every situation in his life both favorable and unfavorable for the cause of the gospel. In Rome, as he was a prisoner, he couldn’t go out to the synagogue or elsewhere to preach so he called the Jews over to where he stayed n made use of that opportunity to preach the kingdom of God n about Jesus. Some believed n some didn’t. Thus for 2 years he preached there. Like Paul we all can be the power house for God wherever we are placed. We should never postpone by waiting for favorable situations n conditions, instead today is the day to share the good news of Christ our Savior & Lord. Today is the day of salvation !

it was a detailed class of acts of the apostle and really stretches your mind on the evangelism in early christian era. i was revising revelation too along with Acts class through your youtube the part of the various Ceacer who ruled rome various herods was very enlightening. the part that Paul takes every opportunity to teach was really a great insight.every detour was a twist .Thank you Cherry .wishing you a speedy recovery from back pain as you travers the globe to teach.God bless
