Withering Wisps is another great one for Rona if you are using snow land! Also Kroxa and Kunoros might be my new favorite Mardu commander. I'm definitely building them!

Wait.... how does Blightsower Thallid's ability work? How would it ever trigger 'when this creature transforms into Blightsower Thallid'... if it's already transformed?

Same way a creature that enters the battlefield triggers ETBs.

you know, i was always the one to say that this "creature power rise" thing was not that drastic and that i kind like it because i like kitchen table tribal decks, but man, its absurd!!!!!!!!! if you dont buy this set sealed you will never be able to buy the singles after, its so fucking pushed! and yes its because kind finishes magic's first and best(?) history line after 30years featuring all the planes and creatuers we love but ITS INSANE!
