As you correctly pointed out in the first video, if you are a serious professional power user of their technology and looking to extend your skills and knowledge then it is all about the quality of the content. I am happy to watch or read the content from AU 6 months after AU. I don't need to see the Key Note remarks from the EggNog or other product VPs. Their comments are the exact reason why the Autodesk Safe Harbour statement is necessary.

I booked my hotel today, and I was already aware of the F1 event, but even with a gambler rate hotels within the track are insane. I will still try to find something reasonable so I can stay for the race because if I fly out on Sunday or Monday the flight is less than if I were to return on Thursday. The only part that I am concerned about is that even tho I registered early, a lot of the classes I wanted to attend were fully booked or I had to get on a waiting list, but I am very much looking forward to it.

Hi, I've been binging your videos for almost a month now, and without pandering I can totally say that I learnt more from you that from my three-year 3D CAD course. I'd like to ask you a APU-related question: do you think a laptop with no GPU but only with a Ryzen 5 5625u will be able to manage low-to-medium complex modeling in NX? And about SOLIDWORKS and CATIA?

You are still not wrong about the logistical nightmare that will be created by the preparations for the LV Grand Prix. Shifting the start one day sooner will not do much at all to mitigate this. Another point is that AU is scheduled at the same time as the IAAPA show in Orlando. This covers the themepark and amusement industry which includes quite a lot of Autodesk users like myself.

Haha and then proceed to ignore everyone on KZbin even though that's where you built your brand, only talk to people who give me money, and even with that... only talk to people who give me money through my own website because max profit! I've had a huge issue with the way they do things, many things, for a long long time... but unfortunately popularity is king in this world, the majority only take seriously criticism like that if it comes from a hugely popular and respected source. If a smaller channel had made and released that GN video, they'd get eviscerated for it by the sychophant army and not taken seriously because popularity = credibility in this space.

I've watched both videos and I keep asking myself one question. What justifies the investment of AU? How do you quantify the ROI? And I'm not one that see's ROI as the only goal to drive a business decision. But even at these prices, man the investment is step. Especially for a one-man show like myself.
