Sinners strength rank according to this event: 1. Don 2. Outis 3. Ryoshu 4. Merusualt 5. Faust 6. Hong Lu 7. Rodion 8. Heathcliff 9. Ismael 10. Sinclair 11. Yi Sang Unknown: Gregor Gregor's mom (N Corp Head) said his arm has more potential than what he's currently using it for, so I'm curious what his future peak is gonna be.

Don is self explanatory Outis being #2, however, is Interesting. My bet is she’s actually a former R Corp Raven, the less known R Corp branch who are leaders of R Corp packs, and acted as executioners, like her base id passive name.

Thinking how Outis acted at the end I actually wouldn't think she is second. She said that ishmael would fit better as a leader.

@@apollyonnoctis1291which is surprising cuz she hadnt done anything physically demanding once the entirety weve known her (cutscenewise). The only thing she has done physically combat wise in is end Effie.

@ginsi936 She said it because she previously said that strongest sinner should be leader and she didn't want Don to be the leader xD So she basically was like "on second thought, I guess we should continue as usual"

On the topic of Limbus spaghetti code: I remember one of the patch notes casually listing "exception handling" under improvements, implying the lack of it until that patch.
@7PebblesReportedКүн бұрын
I remember one the early patches the game didn't check if the disk had enough space for a update not did it clean up after itself if an update was interrupted so a steam user had his whole pc crashed cuz limbus completely filled his primary OS drive.

1:51:25 They're making events, side stories and ID stories? Like what the are you guys even on about? This is a weird take to act like there's literally nothing going on between every Canto They also explained in the stream that they record Cantos earlier in advance but for events, they keep making minor adjustments right up to releasing them And minor adjustments for voiced lines mean that they have to be re-recorded, which is where the scheduling issues come in

Limbus is the only gacha game that can have literal dead months where players are logging in to farm out the same 2 daily stages and people wonder what you mean by saying there's not much content. In half a year they have 2 intervalos and 1 main story, that's not a lot of content. Compare it to any other gacha game, the amount of content for players is not even remotely close. And it's cuz they don't got that many employees, that's the reason. But, they got the money to, they just choose not to hire more people, thus the problem we were talking about.
@sinz8130Күн бұрын
@@Tsunul Yeah but even tho they choose to have more employee, money =/= more employee. That is not how it work. To have an actual working employee would be they need bigger managing capability along with training new recruits on the company and so on. Also FYI, PM is hiring 3 new employee at the moment revealed according to the last MD livestream. At max they will be hiring about 8-10 employee per year considering their size, and that is still like... near 3 times smaller than most gacha dev team. Making comparasion with other gacha games at the first place is weird when the size of dev team is so vastly different from the start. Also, there are Walpurgisnaht and Railway too, which are undeniably new content. I do agree with wanting to see PM make more content but the take sound off for whatever reason.

@@Tsunul Logging in to farm daily is in every gacha game, not just limbus. Even hsr with their 100x team size still struggle with this, you finish the story in a few hours then have to wait month for new content and it's a repeat for every patch. If you complain about gacha game in general then it's understandable but saying only limbus have dead months is unfair
@Tsunul23 сағат бұрын
@ When you finish a patch in HSr you have events to do afterwards and its around a month and a half till the next. When you finish the Canto story in Limbus you have nothing else to do until they add in new content and story updates take half a year. To say the dead time in HSR and Limbus is equal is just not true. And the problem isn't doing dailies, its those being the only thing for you to do. Again, for HSR that happens after you finished the event they have after the main story update. For limbus, all you have to fill that void is grinding MD's which we've been doing for almost 2 years now, or grinding the new events final node.

@@Tsunul noshit hsr has more content, its budget is massive compared to limbus, even if i agree there may be issues with pjmoon in allocating their budget. ive played both games since launch and ive no issue simply...not playing limbus and doing other things during dead times. i really dont understand why people treat limbus like its every other gacha that needs to overload you with content to grind eternally. im all for critiquing pjms direction but i genuinely just dont think limbus was ever meant to be that kind of game

Coming from ULTRAKILL (a personal favorite game, currently in early access), I guess the long waits in between content don't particularly bother me. As of today, the last substantial release of levels in that game was December of 2023. Before that - excluding a patch with a couple secret levels - its previous content update was August 2022. For the practically surgical precision of the game creator's direction, I don't mind waiting any length of time. Limbus Company's Canto and Intervallo writing give me a similar feeling-- but that might be because I treat the game as a visual novel first and foremost, with a decently fun gameplay aspect along with it. As someone who generally can't stand gacha - but made an exception for Limbus - everything more or less works out in my favor. I think JiHoon has walked back on the 'not wanting to see people as numbers' statement considering they have begun hiring again, but there is a consideration to be made about how strong a game's direction can be without too many cooks in the kitchen. However, I feel like hiring exclusively for the creation of non-story repeatable/endgame content would be a good idea. I like that Limbus doesn't ask much of me, but more depth and variety in what it /does/ ask me to do every week wouldn't hurt.
