i saw someone in your chat say mercy overwatch 2 ez and mercy overwatch 1 hard and my brain immediatly went to the team rez start for mercy early on in overwatch 1. people literally boosted themselves to top 500 using build ult, hide, then rez entire team, ez win

I would honestly say mercy in overwatch 2 is way harder Because all heroes have gotten stronger And have started dealing more damage With mercy being in the air she's extremely easy to see For some characters like McCree it can be difficult to kill her because of his extreme fall off But for someone like mauga he can shred her within like half a second (Or a DPS alternative would just be bastion )

To be honest I never played OverWatch 1, it could be possible for options for all of the abilities in the game but you're limited to how many abilities you can have in that character and those abilities cannot be changed once the game starts, Ultimate are included.

I never use voice chat, I use ping. Ping exist for a reason. I CAN'T use voice chat and would not even if I was able to. As a woman I read enough in team and lobby chat to the point I have now ALL chats disabled. Better for my gameplay and my mental health.

Only problem with pings is that they don't exactly communicate things that clearly for example a ping doesn't tell the hp of the target Or what abilities they've used If you ping like a bastion and somebody goes in they could easily die because the ping doesn't communicate enough to tell if the Target was safe to dive Or if it was just a "hey watch out there's someone here" ping IM NOT SAYING THAT YOU ARE FORCED TO USE VOICE CHAT Just saying voice chat would be way better As you can clearly communicate Target health, abilities or location way better Again not saying you are forced to do anything So what works best for you But just saying The ping option isn't the best for this (I played a whole lot of R6:siege that also has a ping function And it has the same issues You have no information about the target you are pinging While with voice chat you can easily communicate important details that might be necessary for dealing with the Target)

The aim sensitivity rule doesn't apply to console. I stay around 30-40 for every character unless it's a character that isn't aim dependent or needs to move fast, like Brig, Mercy, Rein, Dva, etc. You don't have the free motion of a mouse, so having a lower sens is mostly better.

2:26 I will argue to the contrary actually. I think it would be more beneficial to change your sensitivity every now and then. It will get you better at adapting to new sensitivities more quickly, especially considering sensitivity settings are always completely inconsistent across different games... If Overwatch isn't the only game you play, that is. Even if you use a convertet, I still think being able to be adaptable is a very important skill.

Hmm, on the sup ranking, I'd put Lucio up to hard, put down Kiri to mid and swap Moira and Lifeweaver. Not because LW is hard to use per say but he's hard to get value out of and Moira is too easy to get value out off in any rank. She stomps in lower ranks, and she seems to be in a good place in higher ones. I wouldn't call mercy too easy, maybe put her in low mid, or an in-between. Mostly because people don't seem to know when to heal or dmg boost and they can't use her movements for their lives most of the time so if she's too easy why do so many suck so much at her XD

I think the biggest issue with mercy is not the people that play her (even though THAT CAN AFFECT THINGS) But it's mostly that mercy is extremely hard to get value out of She's basically a defenceless bird in the sky She has no way to defend herself Which puts her protection into her teams hands Mercy is easily one of the best healers when it's a good mercy player but if her team can't follow up on her She will drag down the team with her Because without an efficient mercy the entire team suffers Without an effective team The mercy suffers at the same time

Well the thing here is though What happens when you have the enemy team in front of you And a zarya with a shit ton of charge from your team shooting at her being you You will pretty much pass away instantly Also if your team ain't shooting the zarya Then you will anyways be in a bad spot because the instant you try to shoot those support zarya will out her Bubble on them and get free charge anyways And then you're fucked or just wasted time by basically doing nothing except taking a shitload of damage

Mercy is easy, no aim needed, basic ez movements.. But the decision making she need to be played correctly is not. That's why she is ez but hard at the same time. Someone with zero gamesens and a poor decision making will add no value to the team and will usualy feed the enemies. Someone with gamesens and good decision making will add a lot of value and potentially will make enemies feed your team by trying to get you.

​@@PIKIWIInot to mention mercy also gets hard nerfed by her team If your team isn't doing well then the mercy isn't doing well If your mercy isn't doing well then the team isn't doing well Since she can't defend herself since she shoots tissue papers It's basically leaves her defense in her teams hands If the team can't defend her Her potential gets destroyed If mercy's potential gets destroyed it basically destroys the entire team Because they can't get enough heals from 1 support
