Putting aside the fact that it's effectively impossible to sponsor someone who doesn't have at least a partially underage audience, the marketing they used was very clearly aimed towards her being trans. Technicly we do eat carnivores. Not many obligate carnivors mind you, but a lot of omnivores, mesocarnivores, and facultative carnivores too. Pigs, crocodile, a ton of fish, crustaceans such as lobster and shrimp. Some carnivor meats are said to be 'greasy' and unapetizing, such as wolf meat or bear meat, but its mostly a matter of taste. The real reason we dont feed off of them is cost. To farm a carnivore for food you'd need a lot of herbivores to fatten them up on, and each herbivore would have had to have eaten a lot of plant matter... but you could have just eaten the herbivores and had more meat sooner.
