The Mk.IV Light Tank in the UK tree had a version that had a turreted 15mm Machine-gun that fired APDS. Similar chassis - I think both vehicles were closely related to the Carden-Loyd carriers. I hope to see it in-game some day, but suspect that we'll just get more high-tier premiums instead. :P

keep in mind the english mainly used matilda 1 and light tank vi at the start of the war which only had machineguns. the myth that italian tanks were that bad in 1940 was a myth. imagine facing those and you will understand why the tankette was used.

It’s basically a Swiss made infantry anti-tank rifle (the company is Solothurn), which the Italians bought and shoved into a tractor! Hence It reloads from a magazine instead of a clip :)

The small boi is fun, but you should really give the Italian 90 mils a shot. Deliver some armour piercing capped ballistic bread with the Breda 501 and her sidekick, the 90/53 M41M. And to spice it up add in some 102mm armour piercing tracer spaghetti from the sky with the P.108A serie 2. Great vid as always. Much love and have a great one :)

The idea of the cv/33, short for Carro Veloce/33 (Fast Tank), was to build a vehicle able to fight and support troops on the Alps, where normal vehicles and tanks weren't able to go. The tank(?) was developed after the Italian expirience of ww1 fighting Austria, where Italy experienced a lot of difficulties transporting artillery pices up to the steep and small roads scattered across the mountain chain due to the fact that the weight of the weapons was too much for a mule and conventional vehicles had not suitable off-road capability. The CV/33 was modified to cover a lot of different roles, from command tank(?) to flamethrower tank (?). Of course battles in the Alps never took place and the Megamind of Mussolini decided to deploy them in Africa (Because Italy built a shit ton of them) where they had to face proper tanks. They where generally useless but are still loved today in Italy for their meme status. Rest In Pices you absolute meme tractor ❤.

9:02 you have the italian CV3 prototype tanks-encyclopedia.com/ww2/spain/CCI-Tipo-37.php and also after the civil war the spanish tried to make an indigenous tank which was literally a CV chassis but with a turret on top and a 20mm breda (same as the other low tier italian tanks) tanks-encyclopedia.com/ww2/spain/CCI-Tipo-37.php spanish preproduction tanks could help the italian tech tree (and only pre-production because post-civil-war spanish industry could not massproduce tanks)

man I remember when the gun on that thing had 68mm of pen. I hunted BMPs with that thing! it makes me so sad it got nerfed so much. Like first they nerfed it down to 48mm max pen, now its all the way down to 36! A fifty cal can do about as good as it!

I love this little guy. My best game i had with it in realistic was in jungle map. I pushed from B to A and managed to cap it. Got 6 kills before i got flanked by two BT-5 tanks. This thing does not need any armor becouse it's small size protects it from legally blind players XD

I think I have a method for removing bushes in a game: do the "create user skin" thing, put bushes on it, turn off the option to share customization objects across skins, and switch at will.

im 1year late, but i played l3/33/cc in a random custom battle session, i got shot by multiple jets but shrugged them off, only jet explosives could kill me, so the l3/cc can shrug off mgs atleast. (and with a little luck, can angle armor to deflect some tank shells)
