250g Strong White Bread Flour
3g Dried Yeast
160g Room Temperature Water
4g Salt
Butter:
250g Soft Butter
3 cloves of garlic, peeled and finely grated
1-2 tbsp chopped thyme leaves
Pinch of sea salt
