It works this way: the display shows NEXT 12 TO 24 HOURS on it so you know the forecast period it predicts in.

Very inaccurate! I am very dissatisfied with my purchase. Waste of money, landfill, creates negative environmental impact by manufacturing, warehousing and transporting from China. shame on accurite
