Acustica Pumpkin Pro on Everything

Clean saturation/distortion is a weird thing to write or say but that's exactly what Pumpkin Pro delivers. It differs from JAM in a few ways: - It uses a static waveshaper for processing. I assume this is what allows for CPU usage savings. - No preamp...so it's not a 100% replacement for the acqua preamp modules that aim to emulate the complete hardware path - The GUI's real time feedback - Dual stage saturator...that way you can have different distortion happening with two different models or one for mid and another for the sides. - Positive and negative alternations to the signal's wave shaping. - Inclusion of an analog sampled pre-emphasis/de-emphasis equalizer. That's why it can work well as the first plugin in the chain...shave off some dBs, add some clean harmonics and broadstroke EQ moves.

Try using Acustica JAM with Acustica Pumpkin Pro....Jam has a X and Y-axis azimuth algo whilst Pumpkin Pro has this Z-axis saturation zenith going on. Use both, it's like 3D saturation that combo. You may thank me later. Tah-tah.
