Great lecture as usual. In clinical practice it's hard to make patient understand that he has to wait up to 10 days before deciding to give him antibiotics so how can that situation be resolved, Secondly you mentioned if patient is allergic to penicillin he can use doxycycline 100mg bid or 3rd generation cephalosporins, is the patient going to benefit from 1st and 2nd generation cephalosporins or should he avoid if he allergic to penicillin
