I think what you’re tying to say is that it’s lovely to love someone who contributes to your happiness, but it’s incredibly important to be sure that you would still have just as much happiness in your life if you were alone. It’s like that person is a beautiful part of your happiness , not your whole life’s happiness...if that makes sense?

Hey Niomi! Loved your workout in Pilates in the Clouds. Will have to check it out myself. I also noticed that while you were doing the side-lying leg lifts, you tended to tilt your leg outwards so that your toes would turn towards the ceiling. I used to do that as well until my PT pointed out that I was doing it because my gluteus medius was weak, which was the reason I always had sore hips. I remembered a couple of videos ago that you went to a health professional to get your hips and legs massaged cause they were sore and wondered whether weak glute meds could be the issue? Next time you're doing that exercise, try to keep your foot at a 90° angle to your leg and keep your foot parallel to the floor as you raise your leg. It would be harder to lift your leg up higher if your glute meds are weak. If not, then they may be just fine :) Have a wonderful rest of Xmas!
