Noemie picks the word "to lead" and says something i can translate like "this word is banned for us" : they laughed probably because they talked a lot about it during the shooting, i dont really know :') Adele says afterward that Celina Sciamma wrote this film with the idea that one of the part of scenes will be lead by the actors, not really by her. I dont know if it more clear for you :')
