Yeah, unlike Play-Doh/Dough/Pleistocene, which will just dry out after 24 hours or so of being left out in the open air/oxygen, Sugru will stick to any surface, without harming it or drying out, it will instead turn into a flexible rubber, as Dave stated in this video that he has posted above.

sugru is neat but you can accomplish a similar substance by mixing corn starch into RTV silicone or silicone caulk. there are some videos about it floating around
