Here's another example of a beautiful instrument By Zum Steel Guitar; this company has been in business for quite a while and make a very fine instrument of quality and excellence. Many Steel Artists play this well built steel and enjoy the sound and beauty of the Zum. The steel guitar has become more and more popular as the years have gone by; not many Country Western Bands are without a good steel guitar player in their midst; it's unique sound is well know in todays world. Hello Adair Torres...about my DelVecchio Dinamico : I purchased this nice guitar with a broked neck (500.- $) by George Gruhn in Nashville. After repair by Gary Levinson (founder of Blade Guitars) in Basel (Swiss), I play with this guitar each Day (not slide) in the lead style as Grady Martin, Jimmy Capps, Jerry Kennedy (all my "masters" and "sitters"). Friday, Saturday and sunday, I play with my Gibson (same neck sizes as the Delvecchio). Jo

Mr. Torres, I just happened to stumble onto this steel guitar Christmas medley this morning and it is absolutely beautiful. I was wondering if you would mind if I used this as a background to a narration I wanted to record for my church. I already have a backing track for this narration that we recorded, but I want to use this instead if possible... this is just beautiful. Job well done sir!!

I'm sorry that I never responded, I never noticed your response until just now, two years too late. I did that narration for the Church, but I am always recording something and this is beautiful. I'd love to use it on something. I wish you lived close by, because if you did you would be on every one of my recordings!! You have a real talent there my friend. I tried learning the steel, I wasn't picking it up as quickly as I would like haha, but heck, I'm not even that good of a guitar player and I've been doing that for more than 30 years!! The pedal steel is my favorite instrument, and I always wanted to learn... hopefully someday I can at least get some sound out of one, until then, I'll rely on great players like yourself!!
