Watched the replay. For me personally buying a house was never my dream. It cost too much to maintain plus all the taxes/fees you were talking about too. No thanks. I never wanted to be tied down to a house & be house poor. I rather invest in the stock market already knowing it is risky to do that.

I feel like the housing market is dangerous especially now. The commercial real estate market is overleveraged and people talk blindly as if a bust in the commercial real estate doesn't affect the domestic housing market.

I personally have lost money in the stock exchange. Additionally, through my work I have regulated entities traded on the stock market and knew their prospectus statements to be false.
