debt financing is a thing. it is a good thing if you know how to work it. Think of your student loans as this and make sure your degree is somewhat practical STEM all the way honestly. YOU DONT HAVE TO WORK IN THE FEILD YOUR DEGREE IS IN. you dont. What you want to do is avoid being cash poor, always have life insurance, and retirement accounts (both roth and ira), get a few investment accounts that are semi-liquid so you can move the money without worrying about penalties, and have high interest savings accounts. go talk to credit unions, go talk to your benefits coordinator from your job, auto pay your bills, avoid revolving debt on credit cards (pay in full each month and get rewards), review your financial goals every 3 months or so.. its possible ladies. having great credit opens many many doors and makes your life sooooooo much easier.

Everything that you just said is so confusing to me. I’m a single mom of seven (youngest is 18). I never had a support system and no one sat me down to speak about anything. I had to wait until my last child turned 18 to get back in the game and now I’m state certified as Medical Administrative Assistant, Certified Electronic Health Records + Medical Terminology.

@@MadameNoire everything on this show is rubbish, because it's black women. There is no generational wealth without black husbands and marriages-imbeciles! Like to be this moronic and confident at the same time-only the abject stupidity of a black woman! 2 layers of stupid, first she is black, 2nd it's a woman!

Whooooaaaa!! I think it is important to figure out who you’re saying no to as much to what you’re saying yes to in life. Financial Behavior is just important as the hustle.

The conversation is not male centered, it’s money minded. Why would these ladies talk about getting a husband in this particular video when the title is talking about the MEANS to build generational wealth? Two successful people need to come together and prosper.

Kevin Samuel's had no live insurance crazy he may have been cremated allegedly word on the street. Dies with only 1000 in the bank allegedly. This is only to show people that you learn from those who do not speak on doing. But do what it. We all need to follow some financial advisors and, how to clean up your credit type youtuber, how to buy a home, FHA loans

Black men are not marrying Black women in large numbers. Also many marriages or relationships with Black men are at or below the poverty line. Wife making the money and the man misappropriating the net profits.

Creating wealth starts with creating a family and owning property. The least married, least attractive, most impoverished women on earthtrying to tell other people what they need to do financially. Showing up to talk about generational wealth without actually creating new generations: no husband or children in sight😂

Not with a black man though, they’re a bad deal. But I agree it starts with a family. Can’t have generational wealth if you’re not creating generations.

I think black women will be happier, healthy and safer if they date men outside of their race and consider lesbianism. Black womens biggest problem is racism, colorism and misogyny
