Looks great. I think you might need to separate the onions and potatoes. Onions put off ethylene which spoils the potatoes faster. Also, coffee should be kept in the dark.😀

Yes you can paint your kitchen cabinets without sanding! We used a deglossing product on our old oak cabinets and painted them white. We did this 8 years ago and they still look great, no chipping and they wipe clean very easy. Just say'n.😊

Lovely transformation! Our kitchen was original 1973 when we bought our house a few years ago. We completely gutted it and put in a new one & boy, do I ever love it! I enjoy arranging here & there, changing up the look with decor etc. through the seasons. I can see a beautiful lamp where your teapot sits to make a cozy corner and add extra lighting. I usually bring in a lamp to my kitchen in the fall and winter, esp. Again, great job!

You most definitely can paint cabinets without sanding. We just recently learned this while totally gutting and remodeling our kitchen and baths. There is a paint that is relatively new to the market called "Beyond Paint" . In my opinion it is the greatest invention in a very long time. Vast array of colors and super easy to use. I have used it for so many projects recently and love the results of every single one. We even did our chairs and bar stools and they are holding up amazingly. One of the BEST things ever is that we used BLACK a lot and it covers so good, no paint strokes etc. Try it some day, you will love it for all your projects Kitchen looks AMAZING, what a difference. The dining nook is adorable too. What a great use of space I literally just purchased that same flower pot too. I got it at Walmart and ALSO put my ZZ plant into it...too funny

I agree functional things as a pretty use and i love decor as a functional kitchen use. I see some kitchens and they look beautiful but not very functional just lots of decor and i dont think my husband would want to get my fake silk flowers all greasy as we both shear it , I love the new kitchen❤👍

I purchased reusable “paper” towels from a local woman, she sewed fabric and microfibre material together and added snaps to connect each one. I have them under my sink on a sticky toilet paper roll so i can grab when needed. 19:06

This transformation was epic! Although I'm considerably older and all of my kids are grown with babies of their own...I'm finally at the point in my life where "functional" is first and foremost. We're living in a rental as we just closed on the sale of our previous home a few weeks ago and have been searching for our "forever" home so we can homestead. Currently in NE Ohio but going to locate south a few hours to get closer to all my babies and grandbabies. I am taking in all of your talents and ideas girly....you really have a amazing way of bringing beauty in with functionality. Keep them coming!!

Looks really good. The only thing I would do differently is I would have the appliances the same color. The steel stove looks out of place for the look. Also the sink would have looked good white as well. It may have been a budget constraint that affected your choice. Love the microwave area. Good use of the space.

looks amazing, I do find it amusing how you start putting all the new things in even though you are still in demo mode around it, like hooking up the oven hood but hadn't fixed the holes in the wall next to it and then have put all the stunning painted doors in place but then crowbar off the back of the work top/counter splash back with mess going all over your beautiful work. .. haha.. in UK we are known to full demo, repair, clean, then rebuild.

You can totally paint cabinets without sanding... I've personally done it and it has held up great. Depends on the paint you use really.

It's beautiful ,so much more functional also .I love a round table and that corner is perfect for a breakfast knock with bench seating and U should be able to still use your round table. I just love breakfast knocks so much but it's perfect in that corner with your round table .I love how I use your space ,so pretty .

Maybe use a high gloss white tile paint to cover the beige detail square above the sink. You may not be so eager to change the whole wall then and it could save some money. I just love it.
