Thank you brother. God tells us what right and wrong, and the consequences for disobeying God. We have choices, whether to do good or bad. We are free moral agents. God could have created robots if he wanted to. But He is loving and wanted us to have a choice whether we will accept him or not.

As always, outstanding and excellent presentation of God's holy and sacred word. Compelling application to our daily walk w/ Christ Jesus; Galatians 5:24-25 "they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with it's affections and lusts"..."if we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit."

It is God’s Grace thst saves, but faith is essential in order for His Grace to be applied to us. Food satisfies hunger, but it takes eating to apply the food to our physical bodies. Water quenches thirst, but only the thirst of the person who drinks it. So Grace saves, but only the person who applies it through faith. We can let whoever will pull the whool over our eyes and not see and understand this: “THAT’S NOT GOD’S FAULT” Salvation is God’s gift to man, but it is not an unconditional gift.

Serpent didn't lie to Woman. She already had an overwhelming desire to partake of the fruit. It was just a matter of time. The question that needs to be asked is, "how did the Serpent know that they wouldn't physically die?" I have written a paper on how the Serpent knew, plus that the creation tale was based on an Egyptian God.
